I recently visited the apple center to get the display of my iphone 13 replaced and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly knowledgeable and professional they explained the entire process and gave me a clear timeline for when my phone would be ready.
The repair was completed much faster than I expected and the new display looks flawless just like brand new the quality of the work was top notch and I could tell they used genuine Apple parts the overall experience was seamless and I left feeling confident in the service provided.

Store is located on the 4th floor of Shimla plaza opposite of pratidin times. The service provided by them is very good. I went there for a battery replacement of my Ipad Air, and they just got me the replacement battery within 3 days, where as I was not getting the battery in anywhere else in guwahati. The service is very swift and the products given are original and with warranty and all which are applicable from Apple. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with there service, Mr. Ronie from the store, helped me in swift replacement and fixing of the iPad.
If you are looking to get your apple product fixed, you should definately try there services.

First off the staff were incredibly professional and friendly They took the time to listen to my issue and made sure to explain the repair process clearly my device a macbook Pro was having battery issues and they immediately diagnosed the problem Iwas given a transparent estimate of both cost and time which I really appreciated
The repair was completed within the estimated timeframe and my macbook feels as good as new Not only did they fix the issue but they also gave my laptop a thorough checkup and even cleaned it which was an unexpected bonus
The store was clean organized and equipped with all the latest tools to get the job done I felt confident in the quality of the repair especially with the certified technicians working on my device
